Of the 737 historical figures taught in U.S. history today, only 178 are women- including fictional characters. It’s time for a paradigm shift in how history is taught, and we’re very excited to announce we’re convening a special virtual summit, with leading education and women’s advocacy organizations, to address exactly that!

The Where Are The Women? Summit will bring together artists, educators, policy leaders, education specialists and youth advocates to dig deep into what is and isn’t being taught today, and share creative resources tailor-made for remote and hybrid learning, on Sat, Feb. 13, to transform how history is taught today.

Stay tuned for more info on our incredible line-up of speakers and panelists, which will be kicked off with a recitation by U.S. Poet Laureate Joy Harjo- and our amazing partners. More info and RSVP in the link in our bio!
